03

Whether you need a budget figure or a bid-ready, line-item estimate

04

Estimating and takeoff work is billed at $180–$250 per hour, depending on project complexity. You confirm the fee for your scope before any work starts.

How do you set the fee for my project?

Send the drawings and the scope. We review the set, estimate the hours it needs at the rate that fits its complexity, and reply with the fee and the delivery date.

What makes a project more complex?

More trades, more sheets, denser drawings, missing details, revisions during the bid and short deadlines all add time. Simpler single-trade takeoffs sit at the lower end of the range.

How long will it take?
