These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the E 4 Estimators website and the professional services offered by E 4 Estimators, including construction cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, and project consulting.
By requesting services, submitting a form, sending project information, or otherwise engaging with E 4 Estimators, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services Provided
E 4 Estimators provides professional construction cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, and related project consulting services. Estimates and takeoffs are prepared using blueprints, specifications, project requirements, and other client-provided information.
All deliverables are prepared to support project planning and bid review. They are not a guarantee of final construction cost, contractor selection, scope completeness, or bid success.
Accuracy & Limitation of Liability
Estimates, takeoffs, and recommendations provided by E 4 Estimators are professional opinions based on the information available at the time of review. Final construction costs, supplier pricing, labor conditions, market conditions, means and methods, and local code requirements may differ from the estimate.
The client is responsible for reviewing the final takeoff, confirming assumptions, verifying quantities, and validating local pricing, taxes, labor, and procurement conditions before final bid submission or construction use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of E 4 Estimators for any claim related to a specific service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that specific service.
SMS Communication Terms
By providing a mobile number through the E 4 Estimators website, contact forms, or other direct communication channels, you agree to receive SMS messages related to project inquiries, quote confirmations, scheduling updates, estimate delivery, and other customer care or service notifications.
Message frequency varies depending on project activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can request assistance by replying HELP.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and network availability. E 4 Estimators may use SMS for customer care and service-related communications, and promotional messages require separate explicit consent where applicable.
Intellectual Property
All reports, takeoffs, spreadsheets, and related deliverables remain the intellectual property of E 4 Estimators until full payment is received.
After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project for which the work was prepared.
Payment & Refunds
Payments are due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work product, release timing, and final file delivery may be conditioned on payment status where permitted by the service agreement.
All sales are final once the takeoff, estimate, spreadsheet, or other contracted deliverable has been provided.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services of E 4 Estimators shall be resolved in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
